If the car is not listed on the marketplace, our team will initiate a search within our network of dealerships to find the vehicle you are looking for and present you with offers.

Once your desired car is located, the respective dealership will list it on the BitCars marketplace. You can then proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely through the external payment processor.

We will assist with all necessary paperwork on your behalf.

When your car is delivered, you will receive all relevant documents and the final invoice from the dealership involved. For EU customers, there is an option for temporary registration of the car with plates through our partnered company, allowing you to enjoy the vehicle for up to three months before registering it in your name.

Most cars are shipped from the EU. Please contact our support team and consult with your local authorities to obtain detailed information on potential importing fees and taxes in your country. It is important to familiarize yourself with the laws and requirements for car registration in your country prior to making a purchase.

The cars are available worldwide, with most located in Europe. Some cars are on offer and available immediately, but we can also source and offer cars upon request. Just contact us.

Of course! After making an appointment with the owner, it is possible to see and (mostly) test drive the car.

Most of the available cars can be transported immediately. However, it may also be upon agreement or if you wish a new or customized car, the delivery time may vary.

There is a guarantee only for new cars.

Yes, we can arrange the transport and all the necessary documentation, including export customs paperwork, for you.
